FAQ's
I don’t have much SEO experience. Will Accelerators still work for me?
Absolutely! We’ve designed the program to be accessible, but still thorough enough to cover everything you need to know about SEO. As long as you’re comfortable with computers and are willing to learn, Accelerators should still be a good fit for you.
Do I have to pay for updates?
No! We’re constantly updating our software, and you get all of the changes as an Accelerators student.
If I need help, am I on my own?
No matter which package you choose, you’ll never be alone in your Accelerators journey. All tiers get access to our exclusive Facebook group, where you’ll be sure to get help from our team, or another student. For members of the ‘Learn Together’ package, you’ll be able to take advantage of bi-weekly consulting calls with our team. For any other questions, we’re always happy to provide support by email at [email protected].
Do I need to install anything?
Some areas of the Accelerators Program do encourage you to install code on your website. We recognize this can be challenging, and so we invite you to participate in the community Facebook group for support, or to contact our team at [email protected] for assistance. Students in the ‘Learn together’ package are also able to use their consulting sessions for advice when installing code.
Who owns the data / content?
You do! Any content in your account belongs to you, including your customers’ data. The Accelerators program is just a framework to help you organize your contacts and attract more.
Can you help me implement changes on my site?
While implementation isn’t included in the Accelerators Program, we are happy to offer a la carte implementation hours for a rate of $150 per hour. Students under the ‘Learn Together’ package are able to purchase implementation hours at a discounted rate of $125 per hour.
